Hello lovers of all things baked and delicious! My name is Katie and I'm the owner of Connemara Baking Co. and of course the baker behind all of the baked goods we offer!

I just love the freshness of homemade baked goods, made with real, honest ingredients. 

Fun facts: My love for baking was handed down from my mother who baked for everyone she loved her entire life. My own baking style is inspired by the Amish women in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, where the baking is uncomplicated with straightforward, incredible flavors and memory invoking recipes we all love and crave. 

And the name Connemara? Well that's my favorite region of Ireland, a place near and dear to this Irish girls heart.

My very favorite creation is without question my carrot cake. It’s the most requested cake I’ve ever baked and with good reason. It’s irresistible!
